Syracuse, N.Y. – Two executives with Syracuse-based Cor Development agreed to a plea deal Wednesday with federal prosecutors to avoid a retrial on fraud charges connected to a state bid-rigging scheme.
Steven Aiello Sr. and Joseph Gerardi each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, a felony, according to the plea agreement.
