Syracuse man sentenced to 10 years in fatal stabbing of man

Syracuse, N.Y. – A Syracuse man who faced up to life in prison for a fatal stabbing was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Friday morning.

Isaiah Wright, 26, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in November in the stabbing death of Jamar Martin in exchange for the 10-year sentence.
