Man stabbed in the back near Clinton Square in downtown Syracuse

Syracuse, N.Y. – A man was stabbed near Clinton Square in downtown Syracuse Saturday afternoon.

Police arrived at the intersection of South Salina and Water streets at around 4:36 p.m., where they found a 31-year-old man with a stab wound to his back, according to Syracuse police spokesperson Sgt. Thomas Blake.

The man was transported to Upstate University Hospital by American Medical Response…
