SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A Christmas Eve press conference led by County Executive Ryan McMahon revealed that the county is preparing to take emergency action in regards to the water main break if the time comes.
“We’re ready for emergency response, when necessary,” McMahon said.
