SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A troubled Syracuse nursing home has been ranked as one of the worst in America.
Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing has been added to the federal list of the 88 worst nursing homes in the country, being designated as a Special Focus Facility.
