ALBANY — New York reported a record-high number of flu hospitalizations in a single week, the State Department of Health announced on Friday.
During the week ending on Dec. 27, 4,546 people were hospitalized with the flu statewide, almost 1,000 more than the previous week, according to data tracked by the State Department of Health.
