Syracuse, N.Y. — A 35-year-old man was hospitalized Wednesday night after being accidentally stabbed during a dog attack, Syracuse police said.
Around 7:55 p.m., police were called to a stabbing in the 900 block of South McBride Street. When they arrived, they found the man with a stab wound to his left arm, according to Kieran Coffey, a spokesperson for Syracuse Police.
The stabbing occurred in the 100 block of Radisson Court and was accidental, police said. It happened after another man tried to attack a dog that had bitten someone inside the residence. That man also suffered a dog bite to the hand and was treated at St. Joseph’s Hospital…
