Ashley Montgomery, wanted since early 2024 for allegedly leaving her 13-year-old child and two dogs alone for two weeks, has been released under a pre-trial program, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
Montgomery, now living in Syracuse, surrendered this week in Penn Yan. She faces six charges, including child and animal abandonment and property damage, after police found the teen in a condemned home with no resources.
