JORDAN, N.Y. — The New York State Police arrested two people in connection with a shots-fired investigation in the Village of Jordan, N.Y.
The state police charged Danial T. Ballard, 40, of Jordan with felony counts of reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. He was also charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and unlawful purchase and possession of body armor. These three charges are misdemeanors.
Meanwhile, Renee Fatta, 43, of Jordan, was charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass…
