Twiggy Billue denies wrongdoing, says she entered a Syracuse school as ‘concerned grandmother’

Syracuse Board of Education member Twiggy Billue said Friday she has done nothing wrong — her first public remarks since her fellow board members voted they have probable cause to remove her from office.

Billue suggested the effort to remove her stems from an issue at her grandson’s school.
