Temperatures are in the teens and 20s this morning alongside patchy black ice, slippery stretches, and some leftover lake effect/mountain snow showers. It’s with elevation and across parts of northern New York where you’ll find most of the slippery travel. Otherwise, we have a south breeze on our side this morning.
Highs will zoom into the upper 20s to low 30s this afternoon with continued breezy southwest to south winds, mostly cloudy skies, and isolated snow showers and flurries. Wind chills will land in the teens from time to time, so adding an extra layer to your wardrobe today wouldn’t be a bad idea.
