Syracuse, N.Y. — After a week of indecision, a Syracuse mom admitted Monday that she killed her 5-year-old daughter Neffy and hid the child’s body.
Latasha Mott, 31, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder Monday against the advice of her attorneys.
