New York State Police have arrested two men in connection with a series of retail thefts at Bass Pro Shops in the Fingerlakes Mall.
Investigators say 42-year-olds Zachary Rathburn and Corey Scott, both of East Syracuse, stole more than three thousand dollars in hunting and outdoor gear over several days in December.
