DeWitt, N.Y. — A tractor-trailer got stuck under the North Midler Avenue bridge in DeWitt on Wednesday.
A Penske tractor-trailer became wedged beneath the bridge around 1:33 p.m., according to Onondaga County 911 Center dispatches.
