Warners, N.Y. – An apartment building in Warners in the town of Van Buren was severely damaged by a fire Friday morning.
Residents of the 2-story apartment complex at 105 Railroad St. woke up around 6:30 a.m. to the smell of smoke and popping sounds coming from the ceiling, according to Warners-Memphis Fire Chief Mike Knowlton.
