Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was shot Sunday evening in Syracuse, in the third shooting to occur in the same day.
The man, 21, was shot in the “lower body,” according to Sgt. Thomas Blake, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department.
The man arrived in a private vehicle at about 9:30 p.m. at Upstate Community General. He is in stable condition and is expected to survive, Blake said…
