Syracuse, N.Y. — Over 400 Onondaga County employees earned more than $100,000 in total pay in 2025 and eight earned more than $200,000.
The county’s two highest-paid employees last year were Medical Examiner Dr. Carolyn Revercomb and Health Commissioner Dr. Kathryn Anderson, according to data from the county. Revercomb earned over $311,000 and Anderson made more than $287,000.
