CICERO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Three people were hit by a car that drove into a Circle K convenience store in Cicero on Jan. 21.
On Wednesday, around 11:30 a.m., first responders were dispatched to Circle K, located at 6406 State Route 31, for a reported personal injury motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle that struck the building.
Upon arrival, Cicero police officers determined that a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, operated by a 63-year-old Cicero man, had crashed into the store.
An investigation revealed that the man was attempting to pull into a parking space, but he accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake pedal, causing his car to go forward and strike the building…
