Billue intimidated school staff, district claims in heavily redacted investigation report

Syracuse school employees said they felt intimidated by then-school board member Twiggy Billue, who blurred her personal and official roles, the district’s investigation of Billue alleges.

The school district released the 67-page report that led the school board to vote to oust Billue from her elected position on the board on Thursday. Syracuse.com | The Post-Standard obtained the investigation through a Freedom of Information Law request.
