Syracuse is suffering through its most brutal cold streak in 47 years, but it’s almost over

Syracuse is experiencing its longest stretch of extreme cold in nearly 47 years, with Sunday likely marking the ninth consecutive day that high temperatures failed to reach 18 degrees.

Sunday’s high temperature is expected to be 14 degrees in Syracuse.
