Downtown Syracuse’s newest coffee shop will serve two main features of Vietnamese cuisine: Traditional boldly flavored coffee and the signature “street food” sandwich called banh mi.
Wake Up Coffee & Sandwich is planning a grand opening on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 203 E. Water St. That date also happens to be the Lunar New Year, a significant date in the Vietnamese and other Asian calendars.
