The partnership between Syracuse-based Hart Lyman Cos. and Rochester-based Conifer Housing has devolved into a court fight, with dueling lawsuits filed on the same day late last week.
Hart Lyman Cos. — itself a partnership between developers Guy Hart Jr. and Seamus Lyman — bought the vacant mall for $9 million in July 2023.
