Syracuse, N.Y. ― The aunt of a man killed in a hit-and-run asked the driver who fled the scene to forgive the victim for his bad choices that led to the crash.
Brandon J. Snow, 39, was walking in the road on East Glenn Avenue in dark clothes in the rain at around 6:10 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2023 when he was hit by a 2008 Mercedes driven by Da’Lyn Whiteside.
