TOWN OF CLAY (WSYR-TV) — An arrest has been made in connection with a hate crime vandalism incident in Clay.
The incident dates back to Jan. 6, when Onondaga County sheriff deputies responded to a report of hateful graffiti depicting a spray-painted swastika on a residential garage in Clay.
As a result of an investigation, deputies identified 27-year-old Justin C. Wilson, of Clay, as the individual responsible.
