Temperatures once again this morning dropped well below zero with Syracuse hitting a whopping -9 degrees at 8am. This arctic air mass that has been draped across the northeast the last few days will finally move out later today which will bring central New York significantly warmer temperatures this week.
A relatively weak clipper system is tracking across the western Great Lakes through the day today will arrive tomorrow and also bring some snow to the forecast.
