A North Syracuse restaurant that was cited by Onondaga County Health Department inspectors 11 months ago again failed its most recent inspection with many violations, including several critical violations.
In addition to the March 2025 inspection and its most recent inspection, Camino Real also failed an inspection in May 2023.
