OSWEGO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A 37-year-old Oswego man has been found guilty of the murder of a Baldwinsville woman.
On Feb. 13, the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office announced that Ricky Colon was found guilty by a jury to have intentionally killed 38-year-old Rachel Allen in 2024.
