State Police say a 31-year-old man from Marcellus, Mitchell John Collins, was arrested on February 12, 2026, after a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a pedestrian in Skaneateles.
The crash happened on February 7 around 5 p.m. on Mottville Road, where a 45-year-old Skaneateles man was using a snow blower in a driveway when he was struck by a passing pickup truck that didn’t stop.
