DeWitt, N.Y. — The Eagle Newspapers, which publishes five community newspapers in Central New York, will start charging for home delivery and digital access starting next month.
Starting in March, the cost will be $78 annually, or $1.50 per week, for home delivery. That will include access to the Eagle’s redesigned website, said David Tyler, the newspapers’ publisher.
