A man suffered serious internal injuries after a pickup truck hit him while he cleared his driveway, according to WSTM-TV. Troopers said the crash happened Feb. 8 on Mottville Road in Skaneateles as the 45-year-old used a snowblower.
Police charged 31-year-old Mitchell John Collins of Marcellus with felony hit-and-run and aggravated unlicensed operation. Investigators identified a green 2006 Chevrolet Silverado with a yellow plow through interviews and video, then found it in Marcellus. Collins will appear in Skaneateles Town Court later.
