Average home sale prices are up in most communities in Onondaga County, including one town where prices have more than doubled since this point in 2025.
Average home prices in 18 of the county’s 20 municipalities are higher now than they were a year ago, according to data from Central New York Information Service Inc., part of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.
