23-year-old arrested after Syracuse Police shut down part of North Salina Street for investigation

Update at 11:35 a.m. on 2-19-26: Further details have been released from Syracuse Police regarding the North Salina Street incident.

Police say that around 2 a.m. on Feb. 19, the ShotSpotter was activated in the 900 block of the street. Officers were able to use that to track the suspect inside a building on the same block.
