A packed Syracuse Common Council chamber turned heated as tenants and landlords sparred over the proposed “Good Cause Eviction” law, according to WSYR. Lawmakers will vote Monday on whether to opt in to the state measure, which lets tenants challenge evictions they consider unreasonable.
