Central NY weather: Snow clears, but more storms on the way

A powerful nor’easter that brought blizzard conditions to portions of Upstate New York is moving out of the region Monday morning, with winter weather advisories and warnings set to expire at 1 p.m. this afternoon.

The storm system delivered heavy snow and strong winds to the south and east of Central New York overnight.
