SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in finding this week’s Fugitive of the Week: Steven McKay of Syracuse.
McKay is 51 years old, is 5’10” and weighs around 185 pounds.
He is a Black man with a large build.
