SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Whether it’s the mayor, Nob Hill landlords, or their displaced tenants, a fire at the Syracuse apartment complex has left all parties in a state of frustration.
Fire investigators are still working to determine what sparked flames in a unit on Saturday, but they say an apartment full of trash and tires inside acted as fuel and helped the flames grow.
The investigators blame the fire for the death of one person inside the unit where the flames started. A second body was found down the hall, but a medical examiner has yet to determine their cause of death…
