Warsaw, N.Y. — A Syracuse-area chiropractor who authorities said sent sexually explicit images to a 14-year-old girl in Wyoming County in January 2025 is awaiting his sentence after pleading guilty to all three charges against him.
Attica police said they executed a search warrant July 24 at the Onondaga County home of Theodore Baldini, 56, and found “multiple items of significant evidence.”
Baldini pleaded guilty Thursday to disseminating indecent material to minors, endangering the welfare of a child and tampering with physical evidence, according to the Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office.
