New Syracuse solar program promises up to 10% utility bill savings, 20% for some

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Syracuse Mayor Sharon Owens announced the launch of Syracuse Community Solar on Thursday.

The initiative seeks to give Syracuse residents access to locally generated clean energy to reduce household energy expenses.
