Cooking with Eleven Waters ahead of St. Patrick’s Parade Day

(WSYR-TV) — Things are heating up at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown, and in our Bridge Street kitchen as well.

The hotel has a slew of events coming up. Chef Richard Alboniga along with Marriott’s director of operations John DiDomenico joined the show to give us the details and to whip up a 24 hour braised short rib too.
