SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Video shot by NewsChannel 9 during Sunday’s Women’s Day rally shows a black pickup truck revving its engine, smoking out demonstrators, as they rallied for women’s rights and democracy.
Our crew was there as a crowd surrounded the vehicle on Hiawatha Blvd., with one woman standing in front of the truck, just outside Destiny USA.
While we do not know what led up to this scene or if the man was provoked, we could see the black pick-up truck revving its engine, smoking out demonstrators on the other side of the boulevard.
