Syracuse, N.Y. – The Greater Syracuse Land Bank is hoping to put up 52 manufactured homes in the city over the next year under a state-funded program designed to get qualified buyers out of rentals and into home ownership.
The land bank has applied under New York’s MOVE-IN NY program for subsidies that would allow it to sell the homes at below-market prices.
