MANLIUS, N.Y. — The Fayetteville-Manlius School Board is holding its first meeting since new Superintendent Magda Parvey began working in the role. The meeting comes after questions were raised about whether parts of the search to find her complied with state law.
The board appointed Parvey in January. Last week, an I-Team investigation found that key interviews were held privately without public notice, a practice that could violate New York’s Open Meetings Law.
