SALINA, N.Y. — Just before 5:00 p.m. on March 9, New York State Police responded to a crash on I-81 northbound in the town of Salina.
A 2016 Ram operated by David H. Coates, age 47, of Mattydale, was traveling north on I-81 behind a 2024 Honda driven by Abdullah Ahmed Ismael, age 56, of Syracuse.
