The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office arrested Carmen A. Mauro, age 41, of Dave Tilden Road, Jamesville, NY, on March 9, 2026, following an investigation into ongoing harassment in the Town of Cortlandville. Mauro was charged with Stalking 4th Degree (Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd Degree (Violation).
