Chick-fil-A is expanding its operations across New York state in the Southern Tier, including in Johnson City and Vestal.
Johnson City’s will be at the Oakdale Commons. The site was formerly a KeyBank property that was demolished in late 2025. Following site grading and preparation by Spark JC, the property was then turned over to Chick-fil-A for construction.
