Syracuse, N.Y. ― A former Onondaga County employee has been accused of using his job to bring drug-soaked “legal” papers into the county jail, according to court documents.
Anthony S. Heard, 33, was arrested Wednesday on multiple drug charges and first-degree prison contraband after bringing drugs into the Onondaga County Justice Center jail twice between December and January, Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office investigators said in a felony complaint filed in Syracuse City Court.
