Syracuse police are investigating a stabbing that left a 23-year-old man in critical condition on Monday (March 16) on East Division Street. Officers responded around 10:51 a.m. to the 700 block after receiving reports of an assault, where they discovered the victim with a stab wound to his left arm and several cuts to his head.
Emergency crews from the Syracuse Fire Department provided immediate medical assistance at the scene before an AMR ambulance transported the man to Upstate University Hospital. As of the latest update, he remains in critical condition, according to statements from the Syracuse Police Department spokesperson Kieran Coffey.
