CICERO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A 51-year-old man from Mallory has been charged after allegedly using AI to falsify a claim made to the Cicero Police Department.
On March 13, 51-year-old Brent Hubbard reached out to the Cicero Police Department through an email addressed to the chief, saying that his vehicle had been damaged by ice that had fallen from a Cicero Police patrol vehicle that was being driven on I-481.
Within his complaint, Hubbard sent in a photo that Cicero Police say allegedly depicted a police patrol vehicle with a “substantial accumulation of ice.”…
