Syracuse code enforcers battle with Nob Hill owners in court over history of violations

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — After collecting complaints going back years, city lawyers have filed a civil lawsuit against the owners of Nob Hill Apartments.

The city code enforcement office claimed the complex’s owners failed to fix ongoing code violations. During the hearing, Nob Hill’s counsel argued that some issues had been corrected, and some claims may not even be violations in the first place.
