Camillus, N.Y. — Voters in the West Genesee Central School District on Tuesday rejected a proposed $79 million capital improvement project to build a new transportation center for the second time in four months.
The proposition failed by a wide margin, with 2,261 votes against and 1,781 in favor, according to Bonnie Russell, a spokesperson for the school district.
